What is a Parked Domain?

A parked domain name is an additional domain names pointing to the same place as the main domain name for your account. A parked domain name can be used for accessing your web site and e-mail forwarding. You can register additional domain names and have them all point to your web site. For example, you could have yourcompany.com, your-product.com and yourcompany.net all pointing to the same web site. You can reserve a domain name with boostar hosting services for future use by you or one of your clients.You can also use your existing POP e-mail account for any parked domain names, as well as set up additional e-mail forwarding addresses based on these domain names.

On which accounts can I order Parked Domains?

All accounts can now order Parked Domains. Resellers will get parked domains names at better prices that non-reseller clients. If you do not have a resellers account, and are planning on ordering more than one parked domain, it may be more cost effective to upgrade to a resellers account.

Can I point parked domains to sub-directories of my web site?

Sort of. A domain name pointing to a sub-directory is called a virtual access.
